Residential closed-cell spray foam

Whole-system thermal, air, and water barrier for Kenai Peninsula homes. We use Huntsman Building Solutions Heatlok-HFO, a high R-value closed-cell foam formulated for cold climates. We do not do flash-and-batt.

Attic retrofit & insulation removal

Remove failing or damaged insulation and retrofit attics with closed-cell foam. In roofs and attics we also offer a spray foam plus blown-in hybrid where it fits the assembly.

Air sealing

CertainTeed CertaSeal INT air sealing to close the gaps and cracks that drive Alaska heating bills up. Sealing the envelope is the highest-return step in most homes.

Metal buildings, pole barns & warehouses

Closed-cell foam controls condensation and holds heat in metal buildings, pole barns, shops, and warehouses. Ideal for the temperature swings of the Alaska work season.

Commercial & new construction

New commercial construction and commercial retrofit. We work with builders and contractors across the Kenai Peninsula and the wider Alaska road, ferry, and bush system.

Thermal & ignition-barrier coatings

Single-component thermal coatings and IFTI DC315 intumescent ignition-barrier coating applied over foam where building code requires a covering.

Soundproofing

Rockwool Safe’n’Sound mineral-wool batts to control sound between rooms and floors. A quiet, fire-resistant option for homes and commercial spaces where noise matters.
